LandlordZone report on clogged up courts

LZ today carry a report that legal experts including Richard Miller of the Law Society state that post section 21 evictions will take much longer and cause further court delays, while tenant representatives call for implementation of the bill, in effect, without waiting for court reform.

It seems everyone is clear about the problem, but not all commentators are being far siighted about the solution. It should become more obvious that the only way to improve court processes is to try to avoid both evictions and disrepair complaints is to try to resolve matters early on where possible. The report shows concerns from within the legal profession, away from the poltical debate. https://www.landlordzone.co.uk/news/improving-the-clogged-up-eviction-courts-system-to-take-years
